Block production stalls reported on Peaq and ApeChain mainnets

On March 23, both Peaq and ApeChain blockchains experienced significant block production stalls that disrupted network operations. Peaq's mainnet stalled at block height 9,544,221, causing delays in deposits and withdrawals. The Peaq Foundation acknowledged the issue and is actively investigating.
