How much of your investments do you actually put into Bitcoin and crypto

hi, just checking in to say hi I am generally a conservative broad index ETF investor for most of my savings but jn recent years have also been buying bitcoin and and now hold 1,1 BTC. I am torn between contirnuing to buy a bit every month or stopping altogether having achieve wholecoinership.
