A U.S. court sentenced Daren Li to 20 years in prison for leading a $73 million crypto “pig butchering” scam targeting American investors. Separately, Braden Karony, CEO of SafeMoon, was sentenced to 100 months (about eight years) in prison for his role in a crypto fraud scheme that cost victims millions.
